Weight loss to date: 3.6lbs.
Exercise: No exercise today however I did sweat a bit, it was hot outside and I carried groceries home. I was drenched when I arrived. So, I guess I can count that as some exercise.
Breakfast: I had an orange, that’s about it.
Lunch: I ate a fruit salad consisting of only ½ pineapple and 2 small bananas. I also had about a cup of coconut water directly from the coconut.
Dinner: I ate at approximately 6:15pm and I had a baked leg and thigh with about a cup of beans
