Weight loss to date: 4.9lbs.
I am happy that I’ve almost reach 5lbs lost in 13 days. Especially considering I’ve had close encounters with foods that taste good but certainly wasn’t a healthy choice for a person trying to lose weight.
Exercise: No exercise, I started to exercise then I got distracted and ended up doing something else.
Breakfast: Pineapple/Banana fruit salad.
Lunch: Two mini bananas and an egg wrap with guacamole. It was very good, the only thing missing for me was some jalapeno peppers.
Snack: Around 5pm, I ate one banana and a chocolate donut. The donut was not in my plans, but my father had bought it for me. When I told him to save it for me, he insisted I take it. Once I saw it, I couldn’t resist, so I indulged. Even worse, my mother bought me ice cream, but I decided I’ll wait till the weekend to eat it. I got to space the sugar, to much sugar will set me back.
Dinner: Fried Chicken wings, white beans about 1 ½ cups, fried plantains, hot water cornbread (I ate dinner late around 7:30pm).
