Woohoo, I finally passed the 5lb mark. Nice! Now I need to keep up the good work.
Exercise: Freestyle Dance to my 21-minute African Drum Mix
Breakfast: 9:55am fruit salad pineapple and banana with dash cinnamon on top. The cinnamon just came to me at the last minute before I was about to eat. It has lots of helpful benefits and it taste ok. It wasn’t spectacular but doable.
Lunch: Garden Salad with Chicken strips
Dinner: Mash potatoes, fried tilapia fillets, and spinach, I ate dinner by 5:45pm.
